Special Summon 1 "Maliss" monster from your Deck, or if your opponent controls 3 or more cards, you can Special Summon 1 "Maliss" Link Monster from your Extra Deck instead. For the rest of this turn, that Summoned monster cannot attack and neither player can activate its effects. You can only activate 1 "Maliss TB-11" per turn.
