Once per turn, if this card is in the Extra Monster Zone: You can target 1 Level 3 "Scareclaw" monster in your GY; Special Summon it, and if you do, add 1 "Scareclaw" monster from your Deck to your hand, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Scareclaw" monsters.
